Dubai police urge motorists to move on as four-car pile-up causes delays
DUBAI // Motorists were urged to avoid rubbernecking after a four-car pile up opposite the Oasis Centre on the Abu Dhabi-bound Sheikh Zayed Road caused delays this morning.
