Du has warned its customers of possible internet disruption in coming days after an international sub-sea cable between Dubai and Oman was cut.
The telecom service provider said cable operators had started repairs at the site, and internet services were expected to return to "normal" speeds within the coming few days.
Traffic has also been rerouted over multiple alternative cable systems to reduce the impact.
