ABU DHABI // Two 16-year-olds who imprisoned a boy, 13, and forced him to urinate on himself have been sentenced to an unspecified term at a correction centre.
A?B, from Lebanon, and A?S, from Egypt, assaulted I?R, an Arab boy from an undisclosed country, because he made romantic overtures to one of their sisters.
They forced the younger boy on to the roof of a building where they beat him and insulted him, then threatened to throw him off.
They then forced him to urinate on himself while they took photographs.
Prosecutors said both boys had confessed during police investigations, although in court they denied charges of assault and making threats.
The victim said he had not made a romantic approach to the sister.
Photos of the boy urinating on himself were never found.
The three boys were reported to have reconciled their differences.
