Prosecutors said that about 2.30pm on May 15, SD followed the boy inside the lift of his building, kissed him on the lips and touched his shoulders, thighs and buttocks. The child was returning from school with his brother.

Both children were scared and rushed to their apartment to tell their mother, records show. She told her husband, who took the boys downstairs to identify SD and call police.

The boy testified that SD had done the same thing to him about 10 days earlier.

Prosecutors said SD admitted to the crime.

He will be deported after serving his prison term.
