DUBAI // A man molested a 13-year-old girl in a lift, a court heard today.
Prosecutors said MS, 20, a driver from Pakistan, kissed the girl, from India, twice on the cheek and fondled her breast. The attack took place at an apartment building in Discovery Gardens on March 19.
The Criminal Court charged the driver with sexual assault.
He denied the charge, saying he kissed the girl with her consent.
A verdict is expected on June 18.
