DUBAI // A nanny walking a one-year-old baby to a park in the Springs area was shocked to see a labourer pleasuring himself, a court heard today.
TF, 37, a Filipina, was passing a villa at about 5pm on January 30 when she spotted MA, 21, from Pakistan staring at her.
"He suddenly lowered his trousers and started touching himself as he stared at me," recalled the nanny.
She scared him off by pretending to call police. She then found the villa's security guard AA, from Sudan, and told him what had happened. He confronted the labourer, but the worker claimed he had merely been urinating on the wall.
"I couldn't find a restroom so I did it by the wall," the labourer claimed.
However, the security guard said he checked the wall and could find no traces of urine. "He wasn't telling the truth," said the security guard.
The Misdemeanours Court found the labourer guilty of committing an indecent act in public and sentenced him to a year in prison to be followed by deportation.
