ABU DHABI // Three men drugged their compatriot before stripping him, kissing him "gently" and taking pictures of his naked body, the Criminal Court heard today.
The three men denied carrying out the acts after slipping the man a sleeping pill without his knowledge. A fourth man who was arrested for not reporting the crime denied any knowledge of the incident.
The man who was allegedly sexually assaulted did not appear in court, but was also listed as a defendant in the case. It was unclear why, but lawyers said this could be because some of the acts were allegedly consensual. All the men were described as Asian.
The case was adjourned until August 12.
