DUBAI // A stalker who threatened to burn down a woman's house has been sentenced to a year in prison.

AH, 23, an interior designer from Lebanon, became obsessed with the female doctor after meeting her at a sports club in Sharjah last July and began calling her up to 50 times a day asking her to marry him.
