DUBAI // A 40-year-old driver was sentenced to six months for sexual assault this morning by the Dubai Criminal Court of First Instance.
SZ, from Pakistan, had told the court that he had simply had a fight with the victim and tore his shirt.
He took advantage of the victim’s presence on the roof of their labour accommodations in Jebel Ali and tried to persuade him to touch his genitals, records said.
SZ defendant will be deported after serving his prison term.
