Work on the Ghayathi project should be finished by the middle of next year. Plans include 786 residences, while mosques, malls, schools and entertainment centres will be built near Ghayathi city.

Musanada is also overseeing the Umm Al Ashtan project, 20 villas and infrastructure scheduled for completion by next October.

Twenty villas in Yabana are due in February next year and another Bida Al Mutawa project of 60 villas is expected by May 2015.
