Brand new facilities for disabled in Ajman and Sharjah

Two projects to improve the lives of disabled people in Ajman and Sharjah have been approved by the President's Initiatives Follow-up Committee.

Two projects to improve the lives of disabled people in Ajman and Sharjah have been approved by the President's Initiatives Follow-up Committee.

The first is the Ajman Club for the Handicapped, featuring a new headquarters, multi-purpose halls and administrative offices, to be constructed at a cost of Dh40 million.

The second is the Dh80 million Sharjah City for Humanitarian Services, which will provide specialised facilities for people with disabilities.

The plans, approved today, are in line with the committee's goals to provide a dignified life and social stability for all Emiratis.
