ADCB services will be unavailable for three days
Branches will be open but will not provide most services including depositing and withdrawing cash or collecting cheques
Banking services provided by Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, the UAE's third largest lender, will be unavailable from Saturday, September 30, to Tuesday, October 3.
Customers will still be able to use their ADCB Credit and Debit Cards for cash withdrawals at ATMs and to make in-store and online purchases, according to a notice issued to customers from ADCB.
Branches will be open but will not provide most services including depositing and withdrawing cash or collecting cheques. Trade services related applications will be accepted but not processed until October 3.
Cash withdrawals will be available for ADCB Debit Cards at ADCB and other bank ATMs but ADCB Credit Card holders will only be able to withdrawl at other bank ATMs.
And SMS notifications will not be operational for all customers.
The following services will be unavailable from 4pm on September 30 to 8am on October 3:
- Mobile and Internet Banking
- Cash and Cheque Deposit
- Cheque Payment and Encashment
- Funds Transfer
