Abu Dhabi National Oil Company promotes young talent

The Abu Dhabi National Oil Company held a youth event on Tuesday to promote young talent within the organisation.
More than 45 Adnoc Group employees attended the forum in Ruwais which included discussions about the contribution all employees play in the growth of the company.
"At Adnoc we are committed to the professional development of our young Emirati talent and to enable them to be the drivers of our performance-led culture, by providing them with the skills and opportunities to fulfill their potential," said Dr Sultan Al Jaber chief executive of Adnoc Group
The workshop followed a visit on Sunday by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid, Vice President and Ruler of Dubai, and Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, to the Adnoc headquarters.
