228 houses to be delivered to Emiratis as part of Dubai's Barsha project

The houses, built on Islamic and Andalusia designs, were ordered by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai.

Nearly 228 houses will be delivered to Emiratis at South Barsha as part of the second phase of the Barsha project.

The houses, built on Islamic and Andalusia designs, were ordered by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai.

It aims to provide every family in Dubai with proper housing and ensure a stable and healthy social environment.

The second phase of the 1,240-housing project costs Dh272 million. The entire project costs Dh1.4 billion and is due to be completed by September 2014.
