Al Ahli has won the 33rd GCC Clubs Handball Championship after a narrow victory over their Bahrain namesakes.
The Dubai side took victory in a close final in Manama last night, after beating the host nation's Al Ahli 32-30.

The UAE team had finished top of a group which included Al Kuwait Club from Kuwait, Qatar's Al Rayyan, Al Shabab of Bahrain, and Qatar's Al Sadd.
The latter claimed third place after beating Al Rayyan 35-23.
