No 1 seed Kei Nishikori will play his first match in the UAE on Tuesday as he begins his challenge to win the Dubai Duty Free Tennis Championships for the first time.
The Japanese world No 6 goes up against Benoit Paire on Centre Court at the Dubai Duty Tennis Stadium, with the action expected to start around 4pm.
In the evening session's main match, No 3 seed and 2014 US Open champion Marin Cilic faces Gael Monfils, an opponent he has never won against in three previous meetings.
