ATP Dubai Duty Free Tennis Championships: Everything you need to know about the 2018 tournament

What is it?

An ATP 500 tournament taking place in Dubai. Now in its 26th year.

When is it?

February 26 - March 3

Where is it?

At the Dubai Duty Free Tennis Stadium, formerly known as the Aviation Club.

Who's playing?

The top seed this year is world No 4 Grigor Dimitrov. The Bulgarian is the reigning ATP Finals champion and most recently reached the final of the Rotterdam Open. Second seed in Dubai will be the world No 16 Lucas Pouille of France. Other notable players include Spain's world No 22 Roberto Bautista Agut, seeded third, veteran Frenchman Richard Gasquet, and Germany's Philipp Kohlschreiber.

Tournament history:

Andy Murray is the reigning champion after he beat Spain's Fernando Verdasco in the final. The former world No 1 will not be returning to defend his title, however, as he continues to recover from hip surgery. Current No 1 Roger Federer holds the record for most Dubai titles, lifting the trophy seven times.

Tickets:

Grandstand tickets for the first two days start at Dhs80 and increase to Dhs735 for Saturday's final. Daily Prime A and Prime B tickets and season tickets also available.
