Stevica Ristik scored in the 55th minute and No Byungjun in the 59th for Pohang, allowing them to advance 4-1 on aggregate. They now face Al Ittihad of Saudi Arabia in the November 7 final at the National Olympic Stadium in Tokyo. Ebrahima Nadiya scored from a late free-kick for Umm Salal. Earlier Wednesday, Al Ittihad won 2-1 at Nagoya Grampus of Japan to go through 8-3 after the two-legged series.
