Should players be allowed to reveal dressing room tensions to the media?

William Gallas, the Arsenal captain, has recently revealed that the dressing room is divided at the Emirates Stadium. Should players be allowed to speak out? He has been quoted that he had broken up an argument between two players at half-time in their 4-4 draw with rivals Tottenham Hotspur and also hinted that he will leave if Arsenal do not win the league. He has been stripped of the captaincy and dropped from the team as a result of this. Should players be allowed to cause disruption? Or should they be trained to deal with the media and learn not to reveal delicate matters? Have your say.
