Today's highlights

10am, Pitch Two, Christina Noble v Swansea University Old Boys

Dan Luger, a 15s World Cup winner, Chris Sheasby, a Sevens World Cup winner, as well as a host of other former internationals turn out for the perennial International Veterans 10s champions, Christina Noble.

2.40pm, Pitch Two, Wooden Spoon Blues v Lahore RFC

The International Invitational competition is often regarded as a feeder tournament by the full IRB nations, and as such young talent abounds. Wooden Spoon have two New Zealand sevens players in their side, and a raft of players on the fringes of the Wales side.

4pm, Pitch Two, Dubai Dragons v Muscat

The Dragons currently top the UAE Premiership table with four wins from four so far this term. Trent Eastgate's side are also in pursuit of a third consecutive Dubai Rugby Sevens title this weekend.
