Timo Glock continued the topsy-turvy nature of practice for the Bahrain Grand Prix by claiming the fastest time in the final practice session this morning. The German Toyota driver, many people's favourite for a win tomorrow, claimed an impressive time of 1.32.605, before seeing his car break down in the final minutes of the session. Behind him, with a time of 1.32.728, was the Ferrari of Felipe Massa, finally performing after not claiming a single championship point in the first three races of the season. His team-mate, Kimi Raikkonen, was fifth while Nico Rosberg, the fastest in the second practice session yesterday afternoon, was third. Fourth was Lewis Hamilton, who led practice with minutes to go. Jenson Button, the Brawn GP driver leading the world championship, was in 15th place, one place ahead of team-mate Rubens Barrichello. Qualifying will begin today at 3pm UAE time, with the race at 3pm UAE time tomorrow. rhughes@thenational.ae
