Is it time for Beckham to quit the MLS?

Another dark cloud hangs over David Beckham's LA Galaxy career, this time for his sending off for a studs-up challenge on a Seattle Sounders player in a recent Major League Soccer match. His return to Los Angeles has been less than welcoming by the home support, with many fans singling the England international out as a pariah; questioning his commitment to the team's cause after his defection on loan to AC Milan last season and his rumblings about joining up with them again in January. The England coach Fabio Capello, for quite different reasons, has also suggested the former Manchester United midfielder should move on to pastures new.
