Ibrahimovic doubles up for Inter
Inter Milan remained top of the table after a sublime double from Zlatan Ibrahimovic sealed a 2-0 win at Palermo. The champions again failed to find their best form and relied on two pieces of brilliance from the Swede, who first netted off a post with a swerving 20-yard shot just after half-time. He then scored a free-kick in the 62nd minute to wrap up the points for Jose Mourinho's men.
In yesterday's action, AC Milan moved up to second in the table as they defeated Chievo 1-0 at the San Siro. The Brazilian Kaka opened the scoring in the 15th minute and that proved to be enough for Milan to move to within point of Inter at the top of the table. Napoli missed out on the chance to go third as they lost 3-1 at Atalanta. Marek Hamsik's goal proved in vain as goals from Ferreira Pinto, Thomas Manfredini and Sergio Flaccari saw Atalanta prevail.
