SOUTHPORT // Henrik Stenson was delighted to finish joint third, six shots behind Padraig Harrington, having started the final round joint ninth. The world No 17, who is based in Dubai, began the day eight over, six behind the overnight leader Greg Norman. Although a round of 71 moved him up alongside the Australian, he could not catch the winner Harrington. "I'm very happy with the way I played. I hung in there all week and fought hard," he said.
"It was a tough start but after that I fought well and kept my game under control in the tough conditions." * PA Sport
