DUBAI // Upcoming golfer Paige Spiranac has confirmed her plans to return to compete in the Omega Dubai Ladies Masters on December 7-10.

Spiranac, 23, said she is eager to return to the venue and competition where she made her major pro debut last year.

“Playing in Dubai last year was a great learning curve for me both inside and outside the ropes,” Spiranac said. “Through it all, I had a great experience and I am looking forward to being a part of the event again.”

Spiranac, who made the cut at the Ladies Scottish Open at Dundonald Links and captured her first professional victory on the Cactus Tour earlier this year, said she still had “work to do” to improve as a player. Having said that, she added that “making the cut in Scotland was a good start”.

The American will join a star-studded field which includes defending champion Shanshan Feng, Laura Davies and Cheyenne Woods.

Spiranac is also a social media superstar with more than one million followers across Instagram, Facebook and Twitter.
