McIlroy, Donald and Warren out in front in DP World Tour Championship

World No 1 top of the leaderboard with Scot Warren and Englishman Donald after day two in Race to Dubai finale.

Rory McIlroy charged to the front of the field on day two of the DP World Tour Championship at Jumeirah Golf Estates to share the lead on 11-under par with Englishman Luke Donald and Scotland's Marc Warren.

The world No 1 dropped only one shot, on the par-3 fourth, and carded six birdies on his way to a five-under 67 on a windy day in Dubai.

Donald, who led fom Warren and McIlroy after day one, hit a second blemish-free round for a four-under 68, and Warren hit a 67 with one dropped shot.

A pair of South Africans, Branden Grace and Louis Oosthuizen, are one stroke off the lead, and compatriot Charl Schwartzel sits on nine-under with Scot Richie Ramsay.
