Premier League team of the week: Chelsea, Fulham and Wolves well represented

Marcos Alonso and Eden Hazard are the two Chelsea players to have made it to Richard Jolly's Premier League team of the week.

Alonso played his part both goals during their 2-1 away win against Newcastle United, while Hazard scored one of them.

Meanwhile, Fulham and Wolverhampton Wanderers also have two players each represented in this line-up.

Aleksandar Mitrovic and Jean-Michael Seri made the cut for their contributions to the 4-2 win against Burnley, while Wolves centre-back Willy Boly and midfielder Joao Moutinho were picked based on their performance in the 1-1 draw against reigning champions Manchester City.
