The Liverpool star was videoed playing football with amputee children from the Uefa Foundation before his club's Uefa Super Cup match against Chelsea on Wednesday evening in Istanbul.
In one particular clip published on Liverpool's official Twitter account, Salah can be seen playing keepy-uppy with one boy who has lost both legs. The boy displays excellent heading control as he knocks the ball back and forth with the Egyptian.
The Uefa Foundation thanked Salah on Twitter, saying he had "made dreams come true".
As well has having a kickaround with other members of the Liverpool squad, including manager Jurgen Klopp, the group of youngsters were able to collect autographs and take selfies with the players. Uefa said every year, the Uefa Foundation for Children shines a light on remarkable young people at the Super Cup.
The youngster, Louis Fowler, had been chasing after Salah's car as it drove out of the compound, only to run straight into a lamp-post. He was knocked out and broke his nose. Salah returned to make sure he was ok, and posed for photos.
