Liverpool's Sadio Mane steps in for Mohamed Salah: English football team of the week

In Richard Jolly's selection this week, as many as nine teams are represented in total – just like last week

In what seems like a recurring theme from last week, there have been some stunning individual performances across a range of football clubs in English football this week as well.

Everton (Richarlison and Jordan Pickford) and Wolverhampton Wanderers (Raul Jimenez and Joao Moutinho) have two players represented in Richard Jolly's team of the week. Seven players – one from each club – find mention in the XI: Brighton, Leicester City, Liverpool, Manchester City, Newcastle United, West Ham United and Watford.

This is not entirely surprising given the upsets we have seen during the past few days, notably Chelsea's defeat to Everton.
