Aston Villa were allowed to walk the ball into the net by opponents Leeds United in controversial scenes in their Championship game on Sunday.
Leeds players stepped aside to allow Albert Adomah to net after angle with how Leeds had scored seconds earlier.
Mateusz Klich netted for Leeds in the 73rd minute but there was anger from Villa players who were upset that Leeds had played on after one of the players had been left lying injured on the turf in the build-up to the goal.
Amid angry scenes Villa's Anwar El Ghazi was sent off for a clash with Leeds's Patrick Bamford and both benches clashed, with Leeds manager Marcelo Bielsa arguing with Villa assistant manager John Terry.
But under apparent orders from Bielsa, Villa were allowed to equalise straight from the kick off.
The game ended 1-1, with the result ensuring Sheffield United of automatic promotion and guaranteeing that Leeds will be in the play-offs.
