Just when you thought Jesse Lingard had finished his social media travelogue of his time in Dubai, along comes more.

And this time the Manchester United midfielder really gets into the local culture.

Lingard posted on Instagram this highly-polished video of his bedouin experience in the Dubai desert, and can be seen taking part in traditional Emirati dance.

He tagged the video with the caption "Embracing The Culture" and hashtagged Al Marmoom, which is the desert park spanning 10 per cent of Dubai's total landscape.

Lingard has been absent from the international fixtures after declaring himself unfit for England duty, despite starting Manchester United's last fixture against Wolverhampton Wanderers.

He instead flew out to Dubai to work on his fitness at the Nad Al Sheba Complex and also found time for a visit to Salt Bae's restaurant, and Saif Belhasa's private zoo.

United are next in action on Saturday when they host Watford in the Premier League as they look to finish in the top four to qualify for next season's Champions League. They are currently fifth - two points behind Arsenal.

Manchester City's Benjamin Mendy has also been in Dubai during the past week as he looks to return to action after a long injury lay off. City are away to Fulham on Saturday.

Meanwhile, Arsenal were in action in the Emirates last night, beating Dubai club Al Nasr 3-2 in a friendly to mark the official opening of the Al Maktoum Stadium.
