The first managerial sacking of the 2017/18 Premier League season took place on Monday as Frank de Boer departed Crystal Palace after four games, four defeats and no goals.

On the pitch, there was plenty of drama as Manchester City demolished 10-man Liverpool in the first game of the weekend, with Belgian midfielder Kevin de Bruyne pulling all the strings for Pep Guardiola's side.

Champions Chelsea picked up another win, this time at Leicester City, while Manchester United saw their perfect start end at Stoke City.

On this week's show, Jon Turner, Steve Luckings and John McAuley offer their thoughts on the latest action after Richard Jolly conferences in from England to discuss De Boer's sacking.
