Eden Hazard one of two Chelsea players in Premier League team of the week

Tottenham's Harry Kane and Sam Vokes of Burnley combine up front in Richard Jolly's team of week 7

As many as six players from London-based clubs make the Premier League team of week 7.

They include two each from Chelsea (David Luiz and Eden Hazard) and West Ham United (Pablo Zabaleta and Mark Noble), and one each representing Arsenal (Bernd Leno) and Tottenham Hotspur (Harry Kane).
