The Serie A side comfortably won their last Group D game against Bayer Leverkusen, beating the German side 3-0 in Turin.
Gonzalo Higuain pounced on Jonathan Tah's mistake to score in the first, with Federico Bernardeschi grabbing in the second. Ronaldo put the icing on the cake with a third late on.
Level on four points with Juve at the top of the table is Atletico Madrid, who take on Leverkusen in the Spanish capital on Tuesday.
Atletico ran out 2-0 winners in Moscow in their last match, with Joao Felix and Thomas Partey on target.
The top two, who drew 2-2 at the Wanda Metropolitano in September, face-off again on November 26 in Italy.
