Lewis Hamilton and Mercedes-GP continued their strong form as they set the pace in first practice for Sunday's Austrian Grand Prix.
The world champion retook the championship lead last weekend in France as he triumphed at Paul Ricard, moving 14 points clear of Ferrari's Sebastian Vettel.
Hamilton demonstrated he looks to be in the form to extend that advantage further as he topped the timesheets in the first 90-minute session at the Red Bull Ring with a time of 1 minute, 04.839 seconds.
That was 0.127 seconds faster than teammate Valtteri Bottas as Mercedes claimed a one-two.
Max Verstappen was best of the rest in his Red Bull Racing car, with Vettel fourth.
Daniel Ricciardo was fifth in the second Red Bull ahead of Ferrari's Kimi Raikkonen.
Second practice is at 5pm, with qualifying at 5pm on Saturday and the race, the ninth round of the Formula One season, beginning at 5.10pm on Sunday.
