Amir Khan has set his sights on two fights in 2013 - and hopes a title rematch with Danny Garcia could be on the cards by the end of next year.

The boxer returned to winning ways at the weekend with a comprehensive stoppage victory over Carlos Molina, after losses to Garcia and Petersen in the last year.

Now Khan is looking to avenge those defeats, with plans to schedule two bouts for 2013 which would fit around his wedding and allow him to observe Ramadan next summer.

Garcia, who took Khan's WBA light welterweight belt with the victory, has already indicated he would be keen on a rematch with the right deal, paving the way for a fight late next year.

"The next fight is going to be around April time," Khan said.

"That will give me a nice little break. Then I want to be back in the ring again and then trying for the rematch with Danny Garcia.

"Next year should be a very good year for me.

"In April I'm looking at it being a fight in the 140lbs division for a world title, and then at unifying it with the Garcia fight - if he gets through his fight with Zab Judah (in February).

"Boxing is a sport where one punch can change a fight, but hopefully he wins that fight, I get through mine in April and then maybe at the end of the year it will be a good fight with him."
