Part of the popular diabetes walkathon, Walk2015, HealthX is a series of TedX-style talks aimed at educating and motivating people to take better care of their health. This year's theme is "Nutrition from all angles" and speakers include health coach Rola Sbat, dietician Fatima Sadek, naturopathic physician Heather Eade, athletic trainer Karly Melnyk, runner Daniel Hughes, athlete Marcus Smith and more. Cycle 250km over four days across all seven emirates and help the Emirates Red Crescent raise vital funds and support for patients requiring emergency surgery.
