Beat Diabetes, a community initiative of the Landmark Group, has partnered with Dubai foodies to create a cookbook featuring a selection of healthy recipes for Ramadan.

Nadia Parekh, founder of home-based catering company Melange, and home chefs and founders of Nabz& G, Nabih and Ghalia, have collaborated with Beat Diabetes to produce Homey's Guide to Healthy Ramadan Recipes, a collection of 40 recipes to assist families with meal inspiration.

“Our Beat Diabetes programme is focused on motivating the community to maintain a healthy lifestyle,” says director of the Landmark Group, Nisha Jagtiani. “The Ramadan cookbook is part of our various continuing efforts to reach out to the community with healthy alternatives.”

The company says the cookbook offers tips to create well-loved regional and international recipes prepared using nutritious ingredients and alternatives.
