A transformation challenge which is taking part under the tutelage of coach Mostafa Mersal. The programme includes high-intensity bodyweight and weight lifting workouts, as well as cardio exercises. The focus of the challenge relies on both the biggest drop of fat percentage, in-addition to the biggest gain of muscle mass. There will be two winners in the challenge, which you can join online. Indoor and outdoor sessions take place at various times and locations around Dubai, including Kite Beach, Iconic Fitness (Dubai Marina) and Train Al Quoz. Flywheel's guest coach 

For two weeks during Ramadan, Flywheel Dubai is welcoming guest instructor, Alicia Miller, to its spin studios. Miller is flying in from Seattle to run classes at both the Burj Views and Gold and Diamond Park studios. Classes run from May 7.
