If you have been wanting to get in shape with the help of a personal trainer but don’t know where to begin when it comes to finding one, a new Dubai app has got you covered.

Fitlov, which recently launched in the emirate, aims to bridge the gap between customers and personal trainers, giving users the chance to connect with more than 50 qualified trainers across 30 different disciplines, and arrange for them to come straight to their door.

Once the app is downloaded, users will be able to create tailor-made fitness plans based on their goals, and connect with the trainers who are best placed to help them.

Fitlov offers a range of packages depending on how often you plan to work out, with starter packs for those looking to keep fit once a week, to active packs for those who want to get two to three sessions in a week. There is also a full transformation pack, for those who are really serious about their training.

The pool of personal trainers covers all the main fitness disciplines including weightlifting, kickboxing, yoga, pilates, dancing, swimming, boxing and HIIT.

Through Fitlov, users can also track their progress through an interactive dashboard, and find advice making healthier choices.

Founded by Dubai-based entrepreneurs, tech specialist Alberto Pardo and Zena Hamdan who works in the corporate world, both share a passion for fitness.

Subscription plans on Fitlov start from Dh190 per session, with free trial sessions available. More information can be found at www.FITLOV.com
