Mix up your indoor cycling routine with a glow-in-the-dark spin class on Monday, May 15, at Fit Inc in Dubai.
The “weIlluminate x Spin” session will work the legs, core, arms, shoulders and back and help to improve strength and cardiovascular endurance.
The session is free and bikes are limited, so participants are advised to book ahead. Participants will receive a T-shirt and glow stick.
The class runs from 7pm to 8.30pm at Fit Inc, City Tower 2 car park, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai.
