Aman will open its fourth property in China on October 27. The second Ritz-Carlton in ­Malaysia opened on October 1. The new-build Ritz-Carlton ­Langkawi is located in a private bay surrounded by rainforest on the island's west coast and features 90 rooms and 29 pool villas, three swimming pools, a spa and three restaurants. The property has 28 "cocoon suites" and offers nature trips and a variety of lectures and workshops, with an emphasis on sustainability.
