I enjoyed your report on Malaysia ('Resort Report', February 20) as I am planning a honeymoon trip to Sabah in May. My wife loves spas, and you list the Shangri-La Tanjung Aru resort and spa in Kota Kinabalu, which is by all accounts one of the best spas in Asia. However, the resort is quite large and not far from downtown Kota Kinabalu, and I am worried it will be too busy for us. We want somewhere really small and secluded, but luxurious. Can you help?
The Gayana Eco Resort is also in Sabah but located on an island in the Tunku Abdul Rahman Marine Park and is much more out-of-the-way.
