A new holiday destination dedicated to yoga and meditation, Zening Resort, will open on the less-developed Akamas Peninsula on Cyprus' north-west coast in May. A new beachside retreat in Dubai Marina

The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai, in Dubai Marina, close to JBR Walk, has just opened a new wing. It features 148 guest rooms and suites with sea views and private balconies, a Club Lounge, a new Asian-themed spa and its own swimming pools and restaurants, including Blue Jade, an Asian eaterie. An adventure awaits in icy Greenland

Travel company, Cox & Kings, is launching a range of new tours and experiences to Greenland, one of the last great wildernesses in northern Europe. Trips range from one-night, two-day stays touring the fjords of Kulusuk from £590 (Dh3,353) per person - flights are a short hop from Reykjavik - to four-night stays touring southern Greenland, visiting Qaqortoq and Narsarsuaq.
