Domes Miramare, Corfu
This 113-room beachfront retreat is an adults-only resort on the eastern part of the Greek island. Just a 25-minute drive from the city of Corfu and 17 kilometres from Corfu Airport, the property boasts 600 metres of private beach and an updated interior by designer Kristina Zanic. Tivoli Lagos Algarve Hotel
This hotel has reopened following an extensive five-month renovation. Located in the Algarve in Portugal, the lively fishing village of Lagos blends history with golden beaches. DoubleTree by Hilton Carcassonne
This is the first DoubleTree by Hilton property in France and is situated on the banks of the Aude river, offering guests panoramic views of the quaint town that is accessible only by a pedestrian bridge across the water. The fortified city of Carcassonne is a Unesco World Heritage Site famous for its stout walls, Gothic cathedrals and medieval castles. This 126-room hotel is just a few months old and is located in the emerging Stadthofe-Quartier of Hamburg, near shopping districts. It’s housed in the six-storey former Ministry for Urban Development building, which dates back to 1888. It’s also home to a French brasserie and an Asian restaurant.
