In celebration of Emirates's new flight to Edinburgh (which commences on October 1), Miss Scotland 2018, who also works as Emirates cabin crew, gave some of her colleagues a lesson in Scottish slang.
Linzi McClelland appears on Emirates's Instagram wearing her beauty crown. She soon swaps it for her Emirates hat and veil, and commences with her lesson.
She says a Scottish word to her baffled colleagues and they try to guess what it means. Here is a list of words she taught them and their meanings.
