Join the Dubai-based charity group Gulf for Good at a vertical training session this weekend and climb the 67 floors to the top of the Almas Towers in JLT. Stair-climbing is a great way to train for events such as the hiking and mountain challenges presented by Gulf for Good, which take place a few times a year and benefit select children’s charities. There will also be another stair-climbing challenge at the same time and place next Friday, August 18.
