Register to attend Celestial Sounds Immersion, a new way to experience sound for relaxing and healing. The event combines crystal-quartz instruments, voice, Tibetan bowls and Arabic percussion to facilitate a deeper state, where it is claimed that the body activates self-healing capabilities. Run the 884 steps of the National Stadium at Zayed Sports City at TrainZSC presented by Daman ActiveLife. The weekly vertical training sessions are a great workout that start with a warm-up, end with a cool-down and include an optional fitness challenge at each quadrant focusing on arms and core. Register to attend a screening of Amores Perros as presented by Cinema Space. The 2000 Mexican film, directed by Alejandro Gonzales Inarritu, interweaves the stories of three victims of a car accident: Octavio (Gael Garcia Bernal), a young man in love with his brother’s wife; Valeria (Goya Toledo), a Mexican model for whom appearance is everything; and El Chivo (Emilio Echevarria), a former assassin who is estranged from his family. The film, which is in Spanish, has English subtitles, and also stars Alvaro Guerrero and Vanessa Bauche.

Diff365@Vox presents a screening of the Egyptian film Withered Green, about Iman (Heba Ali), a traditional young woman who has to take care of her younger sister, Noha (Asmaa Fawzi), after their parents have died. When Noha receives a marriage proposal, Iman is meant to ask her uncles to meet with the groom’s family, as is Arab custom. But after a shocking discovery, Iman decides differently. The film is in Arabic with English subtitles.
