Attend today’s assessment for Get Driver Fit. The free, seven-week fitness programme, as part of the Yasalam festivities in the run-up to the grand prix, offers residents the chance to gear up for a healthier lifestyle. Classes take place at venues across the city, including Yas Island, Umm Al Emarat Park, Zayed Sports City and Khalifa City and include HIIT, boxing, Zumba, circuit training, yoga and more. Additionally, registered participants can start their fitness journey with a 3-D body scan and attend bi-weekly seminars on nutrition and motivation. There are also assessments planned for tomorrow and a ladies-only assessment on Wednesday, all at Yas Marina Circuit.

The Laughter Factory is back with Britain’s Got Talent contestant Daliso Chaponda (pictured), who so impressed judge Amanda Holden, that she pressed her golden buzzer after his audition, sending him straight to the semi-final. In the film American Assassin, 23-year-old Mitch (Dylan O’Brien) lost his parents in a car accident at age 14 and his fiancée in a terrorist attack. Seeking revenge, he is recruited by the CIA to join the black ops and is assigned as a trainee to Stan Hurley (Michael Keaton), a Cold War veteran. Together, they investigate a series of random attacks and discover a pattern that leads them to a joint mission. Get tickets now to attend the show Vivaldianno – City of Mirrors, which will be performed on Jebal Jais, the country’s tallest peak. At 1,600 metres above sea level, the live performance features a large orchestra on a specially constructed mountain stage, and fuses a selection of Baroque masterpieces of Antonio Vivaldi with 3-D visual effects and light shows.
