For AUD$55 (Dh142), you could become the proud owner of a four-bedroom, two-bathroom home that is only three years old and set on 110 acres of freehold land, 25 minutes from Townsville. The pet resort business, meanwhile, is fully managed and profitable and you’ll inherit all the equipment necessary to keep it operational. If that is not enticing enough, Giumelli is offering AUD$30,000 (Dh77,000) in the bank to help you kick start your new business.

Only 40,000 entries will be allowed into the draw and the winner will be announced on September 24. In total, the house, cash prize and business are valued at AUD$1.52 million (Dh3.9m) – but if she does attract 40,000 entries, Giumelli stands to make AUD2.2 million (Dh5.6m).
